I am a multi-instrumentalist and composer based in Amsterdam.  I am inspired by improvisation in music, especially the fierce and tender improvisations of 1970s modal, spiritual, and electric  jazz, and the deep flow state of Central Asian art music traditions.  I perform regularly in Amsterdam both solo and with my trio Orb Weaver.  I have released three albums, with a fourth due for release in April 2026.
